Fundamentals of Board Leadership Roles
Are you a health center board member considering serving as a committee chair or board officer? Or are you currently serving in these roles and want to deepen your knowledge? This virtual training series provides an overview of board leadership roles and introduces various tools to effective leadership. Topics addressed will include good governance practices, meeting facilitation, and group dynamics, among others. Due to this being a pilot program, the June 2022 offering is FREE. A program fee may apply to future versions of this event.

BEFORE REGISTERING, PLEASE NOTE:
This is an intermediate level offering. Registrants should be familiar with health center board roles. We encourage participants to watch NACHC’s short video on Health Center Board Roles (10 minutes (https://www.healthcenterinfo.org/details/?id=2668) before attending the program if they need a refresher on health center governance fundamentals.

This program includes interactive components; please consider registering only if you will be able to participate in both live sessions. Please note that given the program design, a recording of the training will not be made available for viewing.

Both sessions will run 90 minutes from 5:30-7:00pm ET.
